I came in one day at the beginning of December to see about getting a loan. I was asked to wait in the lobby. After about 30 minutes I realized that I wasn't going to get any help. I was told that they were all booked up that day and they would try and squeeze me in. If I had been told that from the beginning I would have made an appointment for another day. Bad! I agree everytime you go in u wait in the teller line for atleast 3 mins and usually only have 1 or 2 tellers at max helping.. they are nice but it's ridiculous. And they always have issues with the ATM machines not working!
