I was treated poorly by Teri. As she sat at the front I walked in there was no one else there I asked for a notary in which she responded we all notaries but there are 2 people a head of you waiting for a banker it will be 30 min or longer or you can come back another time. I sat and waited as she had no customers and after about 40 min another banker walked over told her to help me she told me “sorry you had to wait” no she want sorry she was sorry she had to hep me
As a senior citizen, I have banked with many banks over my long lifetime. I have to say that this branch has been so helpful and the Wells Fargo policies and services have made being a customer "frictionless" (no fuss, no worry) and enjoyable. I especially like setting up autopay and availability of ATM's. The staff a so helpful and friendly.
I've been using this bank almost since they first opened. I've never had anything but quick Curtis service from everyone in the bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This branch needs some extra training on Customer service, account set up and problem solving. The branch manager, floor manager Olga, and 2 bankers I felt with were all perplexed on how to set up a beneficiary account for my son. The document review representative was uneducated and the branch was clueless on how to proceed with the uneducated document review team, wasting my time on 2 separate occasions. The branch on 75th and Bell rd was so helpful, I would go there instead of this branch.
