Stay away from this branch. Today there was a line of people going out the door and the manager sat on her butt and did nothing to help her employees help their customers. She has no idea what customer service is. I’m surprised the rating on this branch is as high as it is (2.2 stars). Apparently corporate Wells Fargo doesn’t care if they lose customers since they keep this manager. This is a follow up from the previous Friday above. Ive been doing business transactions here for many years. They have always been courteous and pleasant. Very friendly. When I lost my checkbook they were able to help me right away with my needs. I appreciate how fast they were with helping me.
Very nice branch
I was treated poorly by Teri. As she sat at the front I walked in there was no one else there I asked for a notary in which she responded we all notaries but there are 2 people a head of you waiting for a banker it will be 30 min or longer or you can come back another time. I sat and waited as she had no customers and after about 40 min another banker walked over told her to help me she told me “sorry you had to wait” no she want sorry she was sorry she had to hep me
As a senior citizen, I have banked with many banks over my long lifetime. I have to say that this branch has been so helpful and the Wells Fargo policies and services have made being a customer "frictionless" (no fuss, no worry) and enjoyable. I especially like setting up autopay and availability of ATM's. The staff a so helpful and friendly.
