I called wells fargo it went directly to the customer service. Asked them about safety box they said i need to call the branch and talk with a banker. Then after calling dozens of banks someone finally pick up and guess what the banker said he is gonna transfer me to the customer service cause he doesn’t have the prices on top of his head. I called the branch in cause customer service didn’t have the information in the first place. I don’t know why I can’t five minutes of their time and help someone out.
This Wells Fargo branch has only one banker, and every visit turns into a long wait just to fix simple issues. I’ve come here twice this year, and both times I was given excuses and told “appointment only,” even when the branch was empty and my situation was urgent. What made it worse is that I noticed other customers — who walked in after me — were helped immediately, while I was ignored and spoken to dismissively. Once again getting treated like less than at this Wells Fargo location. The teller Ms. Shae inside this location has a horrible attitude, just rude and borderline nasty. After 10 years banking with this company the service is getting worse, black people are treated with suspicion no matter what.
I’m very disappointed with the experience at this location. Yesterday, I called ahead to schedule a notary appointment for my client and spoke with a gentleman on the phone. He confirmed that Ms. Helen would assist at 9:30 AM. During the call, I clearly provided and spelled out my client’s full name, and I also informed him that my client has an account with Wells Fargo.
