In my experience, I received excellent service from employee R. Rodriguez and his manager.
Every time I go to this branch and try and get something notarized. I am told the notary is NOT available or some excuse and today when I go in one to make a deposit and get something notarized. The notary was there but at first I thought was with another customer but then realized she was with another coworker. Also, was not greeted at the door I had to ask if there was a notary present. Just had a fantastic experience here with the nicest teller, Elizabeth. I needed to make a deposit, but I needed help, and she smoothly made it happen. Definitely my go to local branch from now on.
The notary was helpful.
I attempted to come in right before they closed to cash a check. I tried to open the door at 4:59. The Wells Fargo employee locked the door before the time they closed, waited until the clock struck 5, and said “it’s too late”. A lot of people work from 9-5. The bank should allow people to come in even if it’s 4:59.
