Came in today at 3PM - there four tellers there but only one was actually helping people inside. I believe one was helping drive through customers to be fair. Not sure what the others were doing. Waited a long time to make a cash deposit.
This bank is understaffed. There was one teller working both the drive thru and the physical desk. This was Monday afternoon. I ended up waiting 20 minutes.
I had a great experience at Wells Fargo, thanks to Bhavana B. She was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly and made the whole process very easy for me. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and customer-focused. Really appreciate her support—she’s a great asset to the team!
