I had a great experience at Wells Fargo, thanks to Bhavana B. She was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly and made the whole process very easy for me. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and customer-focused. Really appreciate her support—she’s a great asset to the team!
I have noticed that cars hangout in this parkinglot and follow customers. Twice I have withdrawn money and twice I had people follow me out in their cars. It has happened to me "twice" where I have left and circled back to the bank and the "unknown tailer" followed me right back to the parking lot. I urge the Wells Fargo rivery branch to pay closer attention to this matter.
I received the best service today I've ever received from a bank. I needed bank statements from an account closed 6 years ago. I made an appointment and the banker met me on time and already had the statements printed and ready. WF has treated me so well I believe I'll open my account there again. Wow. Just wow.
