Trying to get a hold of a banker for 9 days now, left two messages no reply. Today for last 25 minutes no one has answered the phone. I guess I will just have to call another branch.

Had a appointment to open a account for my daughter a few weeks ago. When I walked in a Hispanic man had his feet up on the desk (with no customer) and told me they were busy and couldn't help me. Well what was he doing that was so important with his feet up and on his phone!! Wells Fargo needs to get employees who are actually happy and want to work.
I live in Bensalem and have never had any issues with the Branches in Bensalem. I was in the Langhorne area and decided to stop in to get my debit card replaced and to make a deposit. I arrived at 4:50PM and bank closes at 5:00PM. The teller told me that they only had 8 minutes to spare and I would have to do it myself online.
