Went to this bank branch yesterday in Newtown to get a receipt notarized for a purchase of a car from a private owner and the banker/notary would not notarize the form because the seller was not a customer with Wells Fargo. I’ve been a customer with Wells Fargo for 35 years. I am not going make it to 36 years because I’m pulling all my accounts from there very rude unprofessional people. Very appalling. Shoving her finger at us like we were six years old bye-bye Wells Fargo

Had an appointment. No one showed up. So unprofessional. Wells has become a joke.
This bank is terrible. They are so incompetent and so difficult to deal with. They act like they’re doing you a favor even though you’re the customer. I’ve now had multiple bad experiences with them. People in this town are very successful and they are exchanging a lot of money and doing business at a very high-level and this bank is not keeping up with it.
