Nicest tellers of any bank work here.
Had an appointment. No one showed up. So unprofessional. Wells has become a joke.
This bank is terrible. They are so incompetent and so difficult to deal with. They act like they’re doing you a favor even though you’re the customer. I’ve now had multiple bad experiences with them. People in this town are very successful and they are exchanging a lot of money and doing business at a very high-level and this bank is not keeping up with it.
Terrible experience, I was trying to deposit my parental leave check and they pretty much told me to kick rocks at their discretion. It’s very hard to find time to do things with newborn twins and they made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me they wouldn’t deposit in my account, the account that I have with them. Unbelievable
