I’m really disappointed with the direction Wells Fargo seems to be going. Most of their drive-up lanes are closed now, and when you go inside there are very few tellers available. One afternoon around 2 PM, I stopped in to get some $1 and $5 bills, and they told me they were completely out—I honestly thought they were joking at first. I just opened an account today and it was flawless. Kevin who assisted me is very knowledgeable on what he do and cool to work with.
Usually great customer service, but if you need to know if a notary is on staff you’ll never know (unless you drive the 40 minutes from out of town) BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR GD PHONES.
Had the worst experience of my life there! Simple transaction to cash a check and the teller came up with answer that no one in the banking industry has ever heard of! Took long time talking to people to finally get my cash when he said he couldn’t cash it! They need to learn their jobs!!! Shouldn’t take talking to manager to get something done!!!!
Went here a few times recently. Where do I begin? Teller line always long and slow moving. One older female teller working who is slow as a turtle. Took her over 10 minutes to process a simple, small cash withdrawal once I reached the window. Another female came to help her. She was very rude and condensending with her assistance. (Manager?) If shes that way to her employees as she was infront of me, I would feel very sorry for them. This branch has changed over the last several months and not for the better.
