An absolute joke. Unable to accomplish a simple task. No follow. Called and left complaint with David Wells and Dawn Landsman. Still no follow up
They removed the ability to use the drive thru - to inconvenience the customers and make them stand in line for 10 minutes. Unfortunately this branch is the closest one to me. I ended up getting another account at us bank instead that has an excellent staff and drive thru - further away thou. I now have to deposit in us bank and transfer using Zelle to Wells Fargo as I have been banking with them for 25+ years.
I’m really disappointed with the direction Wells Fargo seems to be going. Most of their drive-up lanes are closed now, and when you go inside there are very few tellers available. One afternoon around 2 PM, I stopped in to get some $1 and $5 bills, and they told me they were completely out—I honestly thought they were joking at first.
