Went here a few times recently. Where do I begin? Teller line always long and slow moving. One older female teller working who is slow as a turtle. Took her over 10 minutes to process a simple, small cash withdrawal once I reached the window. Another female came to help her. She was very rude and condensending with her assistance. (Manager?) If shes that way to her employees as she was infront of me, I would feel very sorry for them. This branch has changed over the last several months and not for the better.
Very good bank ! Today I had a racist incident at the bank location at 41st S Marion and this bank helped resolve the issue within 5 minutes. Thank god the team here was involved and will continue to come tot his bank . Just moved in town very nice staff . The district manager and manager were also at this location and very attentive . Thank you guys !
Figured I would give Wells Fargo a chance since it has a location near my home. Very regretful of that decision. Abhorrent customer service just as everyone had said. Talked to one very helpful lady the whole time I was having issues with my account. Truthfully a very poor choice for banking. Pulled all my funds out to go with Discover.
We are done with Wells Fargo Banking, Worst customer service I ever seen. They do not care about long time customers. They change their policies constantly.
Date & Time 07/11/2023 @ 4:00 PM CT - called ahead & Verified we could cash a savings bond without an account we were told yes just need two forms of ID. Husband went in to do so. Lady was an absolutely AWFUL. Blonde hair & older. Told us she couldn’t help us. Refused to give us her name or managements. Disgusting. We went to another location within the city and they helped us. Your employees at this location are truly awful.
