Wells Fargo needs more bankers like Claudette Joseph & bank tellers (Derrick & coworkers) at the front, professional and helpful!!!! Earlier today, I had an experience with a different banker at this branch that left me feeling disappointed. It took three separate visits and numerous calls to corporate to get done what was already a pretty traumatic financial task relating to a death in the family. I had a teller ask me numerous times if I wanted to schedule an appointment with that deceased family member present, even after I told the teller that person had passed away.
