It took three separate visits and numerous calls to corporate to get done what was already a pretty traumatic financial task relating to a death in the family. I had a teller ask me numerous times if I wanted to schedule an appointment with that deceased family member present, even after I told the teller that person had passed away. Terrible. Someone said they would be right with me in the drive thru. They never came back. Wasted my time. Several ppl walked by without acknowledging me.
I come here all the time they are very helpful and nice
