10 years ago this was my favorite Wells Fargo and was the reason I switched to Wells Fargo. Now I find Western Union and other check cashing/ payday loan places more pleasant. DMV? More pleasant. At least those people are good at their job. I didn't even know i dropped my credit card. They called me, i looked, it was gone. They informed me i needed to bring "AN" ID to pick it up. My mistake. I called the 1-800 customer service number, and they scheduled an appointment for me at this branch. However, I plan to follow up with a letter to the PO Box in Oregon and the customer care email. A representative from the Westlake branch called me to inform me that the agent scheduled to assist me was out sick.
