The worst branch ever. Not recommended! Bunch of liars work there!
Avoid to schedule appointment for this location they don’t respect peoples time and keep you hours there for nothing at the end they don’t take costumers serious. I came to open a business account they loose me as a costumer
I went to this branch informing them that a call had to be made to get authorization to print a document for me. Instead of them making the call to customer service, they spent 10 minutes trying to look up a document that they needed authorization for (which i told them when i first came in). they only had one banker and she told me that she couldn’t print the paper for me because she had an appointment at 11am and it was going to take her ‘time’ to sign in to her computer and call.
