“Absolutely unacceptable experience. The branch refused to allow customers to deposit money because there was supposedly ‘no room,’ which makes no sense for a bank. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed zero willingness to help. There appears to be no real management or accountability at this branch. I have never experienced such poor service at any bank before. This branch seriously needs better leadership, organization, and customer service.”
Worst customer service in this Branch. Today is Friday 4 people are in line but no one care about customer service. Everyone is busy for doing their own things all service counters are closed. At least acknowledge the customer but no acknowledgement or anything. This my second time experience I will never stop here or bring my business. Thank you
