I frequent this bank routinely and the tellers have been helpful, but the bankers are sincerely lacking in the bare minimums of customer service and helpfulness. They're abrupt and rude when asked any question during a scheduled appointment. It's actually a little shocking just how disrespectful. I love the convenience of this location, but I'll travel further to another branch to avoid the miserable interactions.
Despite the negative reviews, I really needed assistance in person, so I decided to give it a try. According to previous reviews, having an appointment was recommended. Making an appointment online was EASY, and I found several same-day openings. The front desk staff and the banker were attentive and courteous from the moment I arrived, which I really appreciated. Jyoti was very helpful and kind.
The representatives work too slow need improve work efficiency. Long wait time make sure you have enough time to be waited here.
