Every time I've used this branch it's been a quick and helpful experience
I don't know what's with all of the negative reviews? I was here for the first time the other day and had a great experience! I met with Chi Tran who was absolutely wonderful. I also interacted with two other employees who were extremely friendly and professional. I never write reviews but was so pleased with my experience I felt the need to write one!
Tried calling over 15 times throughout the day… no one answers! This isn’t the first time that I’ve experienced this with this branch.
That is the second time I went to this location, and they refused to help me without an appointment. The first time, I was the only person there, and they still had 30 minutes before closing time. Why do they say they close at a certain time if they don't want to attend to the customers? I never have this problem at other Wells Fargo branches. After almost 15 years with this bank, it just makes me want to close my account. Really disappointed.
