WFB does not suck! it isnt their fault youre incompetent and dont understand bank protocol. Look, at 4pm the date on the bank computer switches to tomorrows date. Because of that you need to make any check deposits BEFORE four! otherwise its the same as doing it tomorrow. It wont go in til that night. Simple. Dont ask why...just because it does, bottom line. and seriously, dont say you couldnt make it into the branch before 4 because thats why direct deposit was invented.
Wells Fargo bank SUCKS! I deposited my payroll check at 4:10pm yesterday and it wont be credited to my account until tomorrow. There is no excuse for a payroll check to take 36 hours to get credited to an account at ANY bank unless it was deposited Saturday night! Ive been with Wells Fargo for 6 years and Im finally tired of their little bank games they play with checking accounts and raising interest rates dramatically on their credit card holders. I recommend new customers stay clear of the "New Wells Fargo Bank, NA".
The staff at this branch of Wells Fargo exceeded all my expectation. I have been in other branch and afterward told myself if it was not for this branch I would find another bank. The staff know me when I come in and help me when transactions are sometime a little out of the norm.
This is the place to bank. Great benefits and great people.
