Willing to take my money but not let me use their bathroom. The banker suggested I use Walmart’s bathroom while she opens my account.
I was informed by the teller that waited on me, that my West Virginia State Issued ID was not a valid ID! She DID NOT KNOW that West Virginia is a state in the United States of America!!! That is a DISGRACE and an EMBARRASSMENT!!!
The maintenance fees that go into banking with Wells Fargo are absolutely insane. Have a question about your account? Forget it. They won’t take the time to understand what you need resolved and the representatives will go as far as to transfer you while you’re speaking in mid sentence so they can get rid of you and make you the next persons problem. Slowest bank I have ever dealt with. 25 minutes in the drive up line and still haven’t made it up to the teller. If a transaction takes 10 plus minutes, they should be inside not in the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous!
Laura the branch manager is incorrect in all of Her information concerning bank transfers. Cash deposits. This branch is lazy and possibly racist.
