I just had a great experience with the branch manager and business banker at this location. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to open additional accounts. I can’t remember the branch manager’s name, but I believe it was Talieka. She’s great!
Subpar service unless they’re trying to push you on some offer
This bank is beyond amazing. They deserve a 10 star. They problem solve. They think outside the ox to co.e to the correct solutions. Let's take the time to praise this establishment for terrific service.
First, every single employee seems to greet you, like Moe’s. My husband took time off from work to come to the bank so that we could put a beneficiary on our account. We were told that we could not have that done for several days. They only have one banker and that’s the only person who could do that kind of thing. And you can’t do it online, which I found out a couple of days ago. We have been customers of this Bank for 30 years. And the service has gone downhill every minute.
