I recently moved to the area and visited this Wells Fargo branch. I was greeted warmly and felt very welcomed. The manager is very hands-on and attentive, making the experience even better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Special thanks to Ms. English, who was amazing and very thoughtful with all her suggestions. Overall, this is truly one of the best banks I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!!
Multi year excellent customer with $22,500 personal WF visa, score 829, received invitation for a business visa. Applied and then they asked for several business documents for what should have been an instant approval…😫😂
Best branch I’ve been to in Atlanta. I will come here from my own neighborhood because every time I visit I’m treated well and generally have no issues. Their staff is knowledgeable and well educated- I had an appointment and the banker was tied up with another customer , so a teller was qualified and capable of helping me so I didn’t have to wait. I love this branch. The branch manager cares about her team and works hard to assist customers while they seem to have less personnel. They are open on Saturdays and have Safe Deposit boxes. Customer Service is a hard business and this team works really hard to care for all customers. Keep it going!
