This bank sucks, customer service is non existent & I just closed a $10,000 "Premier savings account. Diana, the branch manager is great & very helpful. Thanks Diana you are awesome find a " real bank" to work for, thanks It's now 2 weeks & I can't pay my bills because they have locked my accounts because they created 2 separate accounts for me. Why they don't use my social security # to know who I am baffles me.Time to lawyer up.
Just wanted to give a personal thank you to the manager, Dianna Wampler. I walked in with an out-of-the-ordinary situation at the counter and she pulled me into her office to assist me the best she could. She went above and beyond what I had expected and I am extremely grateful for it. She did not get to resolve my issue while I was there, however, she gave me all of the necessary information I needed and it ended up working out! Thank you very much to this team. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and helpful.
