I sent a domestic wire over a month ago and it was never received. It’s still “on hold” for reasons no one can explain. I had to physically come into a Wells Fargo branch just to get answers. When I arrived, the manager made me wait, only to come back and tell me, “Sorry, we don’t have any bankers available.” I was the only customer in the entire branch. I would like to thank miss ahlam shahim for her excellent and professional help during my visit today regarding a bank fraud. She was patient, kind and made everything so much easier for me.
Very disappointing experience. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 12 years and currently hold multiple business accounts with them. Today, I respectfully requested a waiver for a $10 cashier’s check fee - a small gesture I believe is reasonable considering my long-standing relationship with the bank. The manager stated that if she waived the fee for me, she would have to do it for everyone else who asked.
