Very friendly part time, Wells Fargo front desk person very helpful.
I sent a domestic wire over a month ago and it was never received. It’s still “on hold” for reasons no one can explain. I had to physically come into a Wells Fargo branch just to get answers. When I arrived, the manager made me wait, only to come back and tell me, “Sorry, we don’t have any bankers available.” I was the only customer in the entire branch. What made it worse is that I overheard a banker telling his coworkers, “I’m free till 3:30,” even though it was only 1:00 PM when I walked in. So clearly, help was available... read more
