It shouldn't take 1.5 hours to open and an account. Do y'all want customers or not? If the average time frame is 1-1.5 hours at least have a bathroom. I figured I would sign my mother up for an account because I bank there but we both will go somewhere else. Old school customer service must not be a thing anymore.
Good Morning my name's Barbie and I was in the parking lot 30 minutes ago was going 2 come into the Bank to open an account just moved here from Texas and the customer rep guy I talked to name was Ken. He couldn't hear a word I was saying. I think he has to much wax built up in his ears. But anyways I wouldn't trust this building of sells Fargo the building looks cheaply built. Like a thrift store bank. DO BETTER TRUMP 25
Excellent bank. Wells Fargo. I have been with Wells Fargo Nationwide since November 2013. I wouldn't consider another Bank.
Never get a bank account at Wells Fargo. They keep locking my card so I can't get money out to close my account. I'm so tired of this bank.
