Wells Fargo is a joke . They do not protect the money you put in there bank . I had my account compromised and $500 was missing . They closed .y account and took no accountability. Your money is not insured with the FDIC. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW THIS I WOULD NEVER HAD OPENED A PREMIERE ACCOUNT.
Made a sizeable deposit with a cashiers check was told funds would be available next day they weren't. Now I have to wait a few more days on my money after promising to pay other debits. Now I dont have the funds to pay that. Wish they would have told me that up front
It shouldn't take 1.5 hours to open and an account. Do y'all want customers or not? If the average time frame is 1-1.5 hours at least have a bathroom. I figured I would sign my mother up for an account because I bank there but we both will go somewhere else. Old school customer service must not be a thing anymore.
