Dont bother calling, the branch never answers
Can not get anyone to answer my call at this branch. I opened a business account and need help from the local branch but no one answers. Have been calling for several days now.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Nice people, but the absolute failure to execute the simple opening of a business account without HOURS of phone calls, return visits, etc. was mindblowing. Worse yet, WF's own customer service team couldn't get the branch to pick up the phone. It has now cost me thousands of dollars in billable time to deal with them and the issue STILL isn't solved. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND INEPTITUDE -- GO TO A DIFFERENT BANKING INSTITUTION.
