I'm glad they're open on Saturday. That's why I went. The teller blew me away with her pleasant customer service. She was super nice. Reminds me of a loving auntie. She let me know right away that she'd be with me as soon as finishing the other lane. I was in drive through. This is good VS sitting at the window and not being acknowledged. Waited an hour for notary when they said it would just be a couple minutes. Ridiculous.
Very bad service, people work in this location so rude and a waiting time is so long
I waited when there was absolutely no one in line and there were AMPLE tellers available to help. I’m a hijabi so I’ll equate my wait to that. I’ll be calling corporate for religious discrimination. A bald white man and Rosemary treated me disgustingly.
