I had an account with some money left when I went back to my country. It has been blocked several years ago because I forgot password and tried several times. This week I visited USA and had chance to visit this office. People here were very kind and sincerely helped me for a long time to get my account re-active. Thanks to them I was able to withdraw the money in my account. Thanks again.
Everytime I call this location they never answer the call. They put the call back into the automated system. Extremely poor customer service.
This branch is the only reason I'm a Wells Fargo customer for the past 5+ years. I see several bad reviews about Wasim, but to me, he is the kind of person I want to interact with---no nonsense talk, just get the work done kinda attitude.
Tried to deposit a foreign fund check. They told me they can’t do it because they can’t get into the room where the “stamp” is. Try another location. How convenient for me.
