I went into this branch for a cd. To be seen by a banker, you must show your ID BEFORE they will even see if a banker is AVAILABLE to assist you. Not sure why my ID is necessary just to see if a banker could assist me and answer some questions about cds. What does the ID have anything to do with seeing if someone was available? Apparently they have 2 bankers, 1 was out to lunch and the teller was going to see if the other banker could speak with me. The service at this branch is exceptional! Despite arriving just minutes before closing time, I received prompt and excellent assistance. Highly recommend!
Branch manager Ben was rude. They made a mistake regarding what was necessary to cash a check. I was told at the bank my passport and last 4 of social would suffice, another employee confirmed this. Then a third rude employee Ben came out and was very rude to me. This is why I shut my account down long ago, and bank with secu next door. Booked an appointment using the app, only to have it canceled moments later because they didn't have enough bankers. This was my second attempt at getting this appointment scheduled. If there are not enough bankers, please update your app to not show that there is availability.
