I would be remiss if I did not document my experience at Wells Fargo today. Bonnie eventually notarized the document, thank you. But I was very frustrated as I needed a document notarized, but it seems as though the branch employees did not want to assist. Wells Fargo still prefers to live in the previous century and has apparently missed the memo that most account operations can be done online. Their escalations dept. is a joke. Complaints are handled by totally ignoring the issues you had, and stating that everything worked fine. Case closed, You're better off banking at Bank of America, or for investments Schwab is hard to beat.
On June 9th, at approximately 10:45 a.m., I visited the branch. Despite the presence of three available tellers and no prior customers, my experience with Teller John, who was assisting me with a deposit and subsequent withdrawal, was concerning. Don’t waste your time waiting in line to ask about a safety deposit box. They will just tell you they’re full and there is no waitlist and to try another location. Which will also tell you the same thing. Waste of time.
