On June 9th, at approximately 10:45 a.m., I visited the branch. Despite the presence of three available tellers and no prior customers, my experience with Teller John, who was assisting me with a deposit and subsequent withdrawal, was concerning. Don’t waste your time waiting in line to ask about a safety deposit box. They will just tell you they’re full and there is no waitlist and to try another location. Which will also tell you the same thing. Waste of time.

Today (11/18/2025) I sold a vehicle to a private individual and went to this branch to have the title signed over and notarized. Myself and the buyer (who was a black gentleman) entered the branch at 9:37am and the very nice teller asked how she could help us. We asked for a notary service and then the branch (manager?) came over and after looking over my companion stated that he had a client coming in at 9:30 and they had a mandatory 15 late grace period so he could not help us until 9:45am (if they did not show) and then h... read more
