Opened a new account.. they sent me a debit card but no pin.. I called and was told to wait 7 business days and they will send me a pin.. one they were supposed to send prior to the cards arrival.. So now I have to wait 7 days maybe longer to use this account. Customer service was a joke and they redirected my phone calls to other people every time. Plenty of other options out there.. Im closing this account.
