Customer service is very lacking. Tried using my paycheck as leverage to get me to take out a loan for $3,000 today. I was on lunch break and not only did they cause me to miss lunch but also delayed me in getting back to work. I will be closing out my account and going elsewhere.
I would not recommend this branch in particular. Carla Guyton-Ingram, CSSR has no customer resolution skills at all. The best that this young lady can do, is sit back put on this sarcastic smile and inform you that she does not have to inform you of anything pertaining to your New account due to the Dis-closer agreement. Basicly she is telling me that she does not have to go over my new account with me nor was she to bring to my attention limits to the account.
