I like the walk up ATM by the front door. Easy to use.
Needed a form notarized, super simple as it didn’t even need a witness. No one looked into my account to make sure I banked there or to see my history with the company. I was told it would be a while bc the manager (who is also the only person who is a notary) was working with a new hire (not a customer). I explained that I’m a customer and asked that they take a moment to fulfill my need, but just kept getting told that it would be a while as they were in the middle of on boarding the new hire.
