Went to this branch as it was open son Saturday. The clerk (seemed like he was new) was so nice and trying to help, when he asked the bankers (who were just sitting chatting) for advice they said: “tell him to go online or come back on Monday”.
Justin Dunnell, do better. I went in to open a business account. Justin is who I was working with. After speaking with him he was telling me that a policy that Wells Fargo had prevented him from putting my business address and had to use my home address, I asked Justin for said policy, he then tells me he doesn’t feel comfortable opening an account with me as if it’s was his bank. Justin helped me avoid being scammed out of a $100k wire transfer during an escrow closing on top of other services like ordering a new debit card. Great service and someone give Justin a raise!
Let me just say this branch is amazing and completely helpful. Didn't have an appt Saturday and Mr Warren fit me in and welcomed me and my service dog and was very respectful of us and the Ada laws which we have a lot of issues on ppl respecting bc my service dog is a large breed service dog so it meant the world to us for them to welcome us into their branch and help me with setting up a new account.
