Horrible customer service! No one is on the same page. Closed all my accounts
Terrible experience at this branch recently. Following the closure of our local branch in Indialantic, I began shlepping up to Eau Gallie to make weekly check deposits for my business. Unfortunately recently, the branch would not even let me deposit my checks without signing each. I've never had this issue before and they normally just stamp the stack. Note, I deposit a large volume of checks. Teller, Akia, and Branch Manager, Jose Ortiz, were extremely unhelpful and rude. Never once have I ever had this issue in the years I... read more
they ignore people who come in. they just have the computer in front of them, no customer. they will continue what ever they are doing, stand up and walk away never acknowledging that they exist!
