No other branches in all Orange County serve that bad as this location. The banker Jay Masul is the worst I have ever meet. Terrible service. Recommend not to go here.
I’m on my 3rd time at this branch, and every time it's been a horrible experience. Jay Masul is an unprofessional banker with low or no desire to serve customers. The transitions we do at other locations on a daily basis are impossible here. They have no idea what they are doing. And yes, you have to wait for a long time. Don't waste your time, go to another location.

On August 16th 2023 , I visited the Branch to inquire about a Personal Loan letter that I had received. The Manager was exceedingly helpful and responsive. He undertook some identification updates in my profile and as I hadn't seen on the screen ; unfortunately, I couldn't identify what those changes were. Despite my request to view the changes on screen for confirmation purposes or obtain a copy, my request was declined.
