Do not bank here, slow service and deceitful practices. Barmaan Dargahi lied to me when I went to open a credit card, I specifically asked when the cards 120 days for 0% interest balance transfer starts(before I opened the account) and he stated multiple times “it starts when the card is activated” and I asked so not once approved and he assured me that it doesn’t start until the card is activated. The banker, Alberto Garrido, was unable to assist me in resolving my fraud case, which involved an international, cross-border transaction. He appeared to be unfamiliar with the SWIFT system and ultimately blocked my email address. He also stopped responding to my phone calls and did not provide any further assistance or follow-up regarding my case.
I went in for an appointment today and called prior to coming in to make sure I had everything and right away I got help from Alberto Garrido amazing communication and didn't mind going over anything or asking questions it seemed like I was in and out amazing experience.
The ATMs keep running out of cash. Both of them. Not very convenient for customers.
No other branches in all Orange County serve that bad as this location. The banker Jay Masul is the worst I have ever meet. Terrible service. Recommend not to go here.
