I went in for an appointment today and called prior to coming in to make sure I had everything and right away I got help from Alberto Garrido amazing communication and didn't mind going over anything or asking questions it seemed like I was in and out amazing experience.
The ATMs keep running out of cash. Both of them. Not very convenient for customers.
No other branches in all Orange County serve that bad as this location. The banker Jay Masul is the worst I have ever meet. Terrible service. Recommend not to go here.
I’m on my 3rd time at this branch, and every time it's been a horrible experience. Jay Masul is an unprofessional banker with low or no desire to serve customers. The transitions we do at other locations on a daily basis are impossible here. They have no idea what they are doing. And yes, you have to wait for a long time. Don't waste your time, go to another location.
Always friendy, rarely a line.
