I do wires for work every week so I spend a lot of time at this branch. The team at this location has been so thoughtful, helpful, and efficient I had to say something. Idris, Audrey, Mason, Toni, Trevor, and all - thank you for making my life a little easier.
Used to be very customer service oriented... Then that banker left. Now, those who are in his place are simply that, place holders who clearly show their lack of enthusiasm to assist you when you are wrongfully charged with an overdraft fee that actually over draws the account.... The OD fee is $35, I only had to transfer less than $30 to cover what was overdrawn. Math is not my first subject, but seems to me, the bank caused my overdraft when the fee is higher than the account showing negative. Hmm.... Looking for a new ban... read more
