I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at one of your Wells Fargo branches while trying to have a document notarized. When I arrived, the notary staff member brushed me off very quickly and did not give me a chance to properly explain what I needed. I had a document downloaded on my phone and asked if the branch could print it so it could be notarized. I was told that they could not print the document.
