I opened an individual account last week on October 18th, but when I asked the representative to deposit $2000, they deposited it into my husband's account. I pointed this out immediately after seeing the receipt and asked them to transfer it to my account. However, your employees need more training. If customers have to point out such mistakes, it undermines trust and actually causes anxiety. We are entrusting you with our valuable money, so please manage it properly and provide adequate training to your staff.
The ATM works sometimes, but it’s inconsistent. It will accept cash or withdraw money, and other times it doesn’t — with no warning. It’s frustrating.
Left Wells Fargo years ago because of poor customer service. I got a new credit card from Vrbo that wound up being through this bank. After hours of phone calls, I was told I had to go into the branch to fix an issue registering the card. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was told I would have to wait another 20. Yikes, still the same horrible customer service. I cancelled my card - which was a challenge as well. There are so many better banks who understand customer service... not this one.
