I had the most incredulous and horrible experience at the Wells Fargo on Lassiter Mill Road today. I have been doing my business banking at this branch for 20 years. I make deposits at this branch one to two times a week regularly and the tellers know me. Today, a new teller told me that I could not make a deposit because my DBA was not on file in their system and the checks are made out to my DBA name and not my account name. Tried to go up to a teller to make a cash deposit she refused because I didn't have my ID even though I have NEVER had to have to with my debit card. Mind you I am DEPOSITING not taking out. When I said I'm sorry I have been using this bank since it was wacovia and have never had to have it and she rolled her eyes at me stating well I work the drive through so I need that. Even though she didn't require it of the gentleman in front of me. Won't be back to this location and your employees need training.
