I like this particular branch more than any other. Jay and Madelyn are always helpful and friendly. They always have parking available. Inside the branch is clean and organized. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the location or the employees.
After several transfers via phone call with online banking I decided to go into the branch to sort out an issue that I just could not seem to fix. I had the absolute pleasure of working with April and I’m incredibly thankful for her help and patience. Thank you so much for turning a stressful situation into a solution.
Wells Fargo in general has gone downhill. Banked with them for over 10 years, moved into this state and to say my experience is lack luster is an understatement. Every time, I go into this branch or any other all I get is excuses on how they are not going to help. The latest horror story is trying to get some help for a wire transfer and they were closed before the assigned time and were not willing to help me. Calling is even worse. Terrible branch manager. Tried telling me how hard his job is and had no desire to help. Horrible customer service. Been with Wells Fargo/wachovia for 30 years and they have gone downhill. Will be looking for other banks!
I had the most incredulous and horrible experience at the Wells Fargo on Lassiter Mill Road today. I have been doing my business banking at this branch for 20 years. I make deposits at this branch one to two times a week regularly and the tellers know me. Today, a new teller told me that I could not make a deposit because my DBA was not on file in their system and the checks are made out to my DBA name and not my account name.
