Made an appointment for a notary, unfortunately I ended up rescheduling 2 times, but they were super flexible. Christina was terrific, walked me through what we needed to do, and I was able to get my house closing done in record time.

Great bank
Absolute worse experience I ever had. Sat on hold multiple times from 2:30 until 5:00PM either getting hung up on or just left sitting there for 40 minutes until I was finally hung up on at 4:57 and the bank closed
