Tried 2 times to make an appointment at park blvd. Branch to open a small business account. Had an appointment today at 1130a. Was called at 1045 to be told the banker assigned to my appointment wasn't in today and I'd have to make an appointment for another day . I politely told her if they couldn't get me in today they'd lose my business. She absolutely did not care. There's other banks out there. Honor your appointments. We all have schedules to keep.
I went in to get paperwork notarized on a Friday and the staff was exceptional with their customer service. They took their time and they even stayed past closing time to help finish everything correctly. A big thank you to Osmil C. and Jennifer H. for all their efforts and help.
After being treated poorly at another branch. This branch has always had the customers comfort and care as a priority. Thank you for doing a great job.
Ive been banking here over 30 yrs,as many times they have opened invisible accounts and had to pay me back ,employees are rude
