I've been a supposable valued customer for over 10 years and Wells Fargo has never given the opportunity to advance and obtain a credit card or loan. I'm always denied. I find this to be ridiculous and inconsiderate! I will definitely be moving to another bank. Regardless of the emergency situation you may be going through, I'm a prime example of the help they have to offer and that is NOTHING! Whatever anyone else has to say to cover up, and this is the truth of Wells Fargo denied denied denied
A few days ago, my wife and I were assisted by an amazing professional banker, Mr Osmil Castano. He was warm, friendly, experienced, and attentive to details. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Wells Fargo must be proud of having such a talented and special person.
Great location when you need to visit the bank in person for transactions that you may not want to do on an app or your laptop. They are professional, friendly, fast, & efficient.
