Easily the worst branch I’ve been to in a very long time. We moved to this area and this is our local Wells Fargo. Somehow I’m always next in line and it takes 10-15 minutes for the tell to process their request. She is rather bizarrely slow and seems overwhelmed by the most simple interactions. I deposited some cash and she looked at me like I just asked her to do an advanced math problem. I've visited this branch three times, and each experience has been frustrating due to inaccurate information and poor follow-through. During my first two visits, I was opening a checking and brokerage account. The banker told me that the only way to link the brokerage account to my checking account was to call him directly. I later discovered that this was simply incorrect. My third visit was regarding a temporary hold placed on my account. I never received any notification or alert about the hold. I just had a wonderful experience at the Wells Fargo branch in Midtown. I had a challenging transaction that required a lot of perseverance on the part of both the branch manager and the teller. Both people were very kind, conscientious, and thorough throughout the process, resulting in accomplishing our goal. I wish to thank them for their help and look forward to continuing my use of the Midtown branch.

Do not use this bank! They will mess up your payments and block your card. Then then won't tell you your payments didn't go threw even though the app says it did for the whole month. Next thing you know you are in collections with your first derogatory mark on your credit ever after 40 years of life. They also play the game of continually lowering your available credit which in turn makes it so you utilization is maxed out. Worst bank. Worst service.
