Wells Fargo is the bank for you if you like minimal services, incompetent customer support, archaic money transfer capabilities, and get this - they think YOUR money belongs to them, so they make it as difficult as possible obtain. The agents at this branch weren't even able to accurately review my account details to get a clear picture of the services eligible under their "minimum" amount requirements. This bank (and this branch) is a scam.
Better banking experience
Wells Fargo is without question the worst bank to deal with. The branch people are nice enough, and do what they can, but the systems they have to deal with are broken, and the people in corporate can't answer any questions. Customers are left to fume, and the local branch people are sympathetic, but can't do anything. Pick another bank, or put your money in a shoebox.
Came here twice the staff and bankers are extremely helpful and kind. Resolve my urgent banking request professionally. Really appreciate it.
This is actually a great branch. I don't bank at Wells Fargo after a number of bad experiences with the bank, but my dad does, and I've been doing some banking for him at this branch. The tellers here are friendly and efficient. The manager even came over and introduced themself when I stopped in.
