I specifically want to recognize René, the Operations Manager at Wells Fargo, because he completely changed our experience at this branch. Before René helped us, the experience was extremely frustrating. We had already been waiting for about an hour for something that ultimately took less than five minutes to complete. I've been waiting for over 20 minutes at the drive-thru the lines do not move and there appears to only be one person working the drive-thru section and when I call I'm told that the other people are suspended unacceptable I can see why this place has a bunch of one star ratings and I've been a customer for years
14 people in line. One teller. This place is awful
