The following is my experience at Wells Fargo today . . . 'I need to close my account' (hands me my balance) 'is my account closed?' "no, you need to talk to a banker" 'aren't you a banker?' "no, I'm a teller . . . wait over there" (after waiting for 10 minutes) 'am I supposed to sign in?' (random person) "yes, you are supposed to sign in with the teller" 'they said I was supposed to sign in with you first' (same teller) "Okay let me sign you in" (wait 15 minutes) ***3 lines to close a checking account****
Horrible service over an hour waiting to make a deposit is unacceptable. They need to fire management team!
