Place was empty and easy to do the thing we needed to do.
This bank is horrible. Took a business deposit in and needed $3.00 back. They refused, stating that the deposit had to be processed as written on the deposit bag. The deposit bag was written for the amount being deposited with special instructions stating $3.00 back. Then they said it had to be processed for what was actually in the bag. They don't know what their policies actually are and stole $3.00 from from my business location. If you need to steal $3.00 you probably shouldn't be working at a bank.
Great customer service as always
I've been in this branch a couple of times and I have to say the staff is always been professional and pleasant. Even when it's busy. I did want to say though that there was a gentleman that was my bank teller. He had tattoos all over him. And I am so glad and happy to see that never judge a book by its cover.
