I needed to use the restroom and they said to me that they have no public restroom, I said I’m a customer and I’m here to withdraw money also. After a back and forward the lady with dark skin wish wash “helping me “ said to me, YOU should have told me that it was an emergency, and then she allowed me to use the restroom. WHAT A AWFUL WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!! Very bad and unprofessional, unacceptable. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED MARCH 20, 2026 at around 12:40pm

The front area was super chaotic. There is only one girl working up there and a guy just walking around, not helping any of us in line. I guess they saw the amount in my checking account because it is my backup checking account and thought I was just poor cause I came in with a $42,000 check. They made me feel very unwelcome, kinda to the point where they were judging me off my appearance (tan, tattoos).
