Would not recommend getting cash out of the ATM here. Had two homeless looking guys come running towards my car while using the atm. I got my money out quick. And put it in drive they were both in front of my car trying to get me to stop. Hollering. About ran them over. No thank you. Will get cash somewhere else next time.
I had the pleasure of having Hayley White assist me today. She had to call an outside source to solve my issue, and she stayed with it until it was resolved. Hayley and the entire staff were friendly and accommodating the entire time I was there.
Worst bank ever! Been on hold 45 minutes to ask about their notary service and finally drove over there (still on hold) and no customers are in the bank! I've called 2 different times and wasted my gas to drive there to be told I couldn't get my document notarized. If they would have picked up the phone, I wouldn't have had to drive over there! In addition, every time I make a deposit in the drive through, I'm there for at least 25 minutes! Been a customer for years but I'm closing it out, I'm sick of Wells Fargo, their dumb... read more
