I had an excellent experience with the staff today at 5417 Highway 90 W Mobile, Alabama 36619 . Sarah Villella was very helpful and I left very satisfied.I’ll definitely return and recommend this business to others.
I needed to use the restroom and they said to me that they have no public restroom, I said I’m a customer and I’m here to withdraw money also. After a back and forward the lady with dark skin wish wash “helping me “ said to me, YOU should have told me that it was an emergency, and then she allowed me to use the restroom. WHAT A AWFUL WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!! Very bad and unprofessional, unacceptable. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED MARCH 20, 2026 at around 12:40pm
