Wells Fargo cancelled me & my wife accounts after 20 years with Wells Fargo. Both checking & savings accounts. No reason was ever given. I was told by an employee at the branch it was probably because we invest in crypto. I highly recommend PNC Bank as they are launching crypto investing very soon direct through the bank! PNC bank understands crypto is the future. ALL others will be gone very soon!

I have been a customer of wells fargo bank for over 20years and this is the second time i am having an issue at this branch. They have a new manager who doesn't care about the long term customers and charges for every transaction. i am disappointed and so annoyed by the fact that i am being charged a cash deposit processing fee and a fee to change dollars into coins for my business; Despite the fact that i have a business account and multiple accounts with Wells Fargo.
