I usually have good experiences when it comes to this bank, however, when it comes to opening accounts or getting account verification for legal purposes such as immigration, I wouldn't recommend this branch. I would recommend the branch on Dauphin street. One time i wanted verification of my checking/savings account and I couldn't get it. I had to call customer service online for it.

Wells Fargo cancelled me & my wife accounts after 20 years with Wells Fargo. Both checking & savings accounts. No reason was ever given. I was told by an employee at the branch it was probably because we invest in crypto. I highly recommend PNC Bank as they are launching crypto investing very soon direct through the bank! PNC bank understands crypto is the future. ALL others will be gone very soon!
