Staff at this branch are very welcoming and helpful. The personal banker was very helpful answering my questions and seems to genuinely care about his customers. Overall - great experience!
Ive banked at this branch for years and had a wonderful experience. I have found the staff to always be attentive and friendly. The banker works with me on my accounts all the time, and the tellers are friendly and fast.
I closed my account at this particular Wells Fargo branch yesterday because of poor customer service. I have been unable to access my online banking for a few weeks and when went in to talk to someone about getting it fixed the person that I talked to only wanted to talk about opening more accounts. At the end of our conversation I asked who I needed to talk to and he said that it was his boss who was gone for the day. Due to the service received from this Wells Fargo Branch our joint account of 6yrs will be removed from this bank. The treatment received was well below par and in my opinion would border customer harassment . I would not personally recommend this branch of Wells Fargo to ANYONE.
