I forgot to bring my ATM card, however I was in luck. The teller was able to verify me and then introduced me to a manager who gave me instruction on connecting the Wells Fargo app to my virtual wallet. It works like a charm at the ATM and at the check out at stores. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me and give me some other pointers about your services.. Making this my branch!

I had a very positive experience today at this Wells-Fargo branch! I arrived on a Friday, just a bit before the walk-in hours ended, and there was a line. But I noticed the two tellers were friendly and upbeat in working with the waiting clients. When it was my turn it was close to 5pm. I was helped by Angela, who was still smiling, and who apologized for the less than 10 minute wait.
