You walk into a major bank these days and the tellers know nothing. They should be working at super markets or fast food not banks. These banks never accept responsibility their systems are always perfect and it’s always the customers fault.
A few days ago, I had a terrible experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I was trying to cash a legitimate check, and even though the person who wrote it verified it twice — and mentioned they’ve written the same checks for others who cashed them with no issues — I was still denied until they came in person. 10 years and until now it only serves to deposit your money, never!!
Very bad experience with Samantha, I don’t know how she’s still employed with Wells Fargo because she’s refusing clients who want to work with Wells Fargo and make their money grow with the bank. Bad overall customer service!
