I had a very positive experience today at this Wells-Fargo branch! I arrived on a Friday, just a bit before the walk-in hours ended, and there was a line. But I noticed the two tellers were friendly and upbeat in working with the waiting clients. When it was my turn it was close to 5pm. I was helped by Angela, who was still smiling, and who apologized for the less than 10 minute wait. Exceeded my expectations
They’re all lazy and they just pushed you off on somebody else. I came in just a deposit a check I walked in. The lady didn’t say anything. A woman walked in behind me. The lady at the desk says good morning to the lady behind. Acts like I’m invisible. Then she said, what are you here for, sir? I said I just need to deposit a check. She said she can go sit down over there. Except for what she’s gotta wait for somebody. Then she proceeds to help everybody else deposit their funds, but made me go sit for somebody else. Ever heard of a bank with no 100's? Only 1 teller? Cant use ATM because no employees were signed into it? Have me standing there for 20 min? Huh?? What are we doing here? What kind of mickey mouse operation has my bank turned into??
Wow! Awesome service.. Paul Wright and Bonnie Colon were both amazing. I have truly missed client facing banking. They were so helpful.
