Wells Fargo decided to changed my credit card completely without any notification or consent so I go in to talk to a banker about it and he does literally nothing to help and tries to sell me on another credit card and a house loan? Wells Fargo is an absolute disappointment and I will be changing banks as soon as I possibly can. It's ridiculous that they do 0 to help or even try to give any options on a fix for the issue.

This bank is a joke, they have complete control you can't spend your own money they put holds on funds, dictate how much you can spend a day and for some reason money just disappears from our account they always have an excuse and an answer to cover their a**. Sick of having to call every day to ask what they are doing with our money. PLEASE BANK AT A CREDIT UNION INSTEAD!!
