Terrible service unless you are RICH This bank is a joke; I had a check drawn on their bank that they would not cash. I asked for the manager who said they could cash it for a FEE of $5. He said if I opened an account there would be no fee; the wait to open an account was like an hour though, he told me that he had sent home the one rep because she was having personal problems. Slow Save yourself a headache and avoid Wachovia. Reasonably simple procedures, like opening a checking account, can take an hour or more, where other banks can finish the process in twenty minutes. Even depositing a check can take a ridiculous amount of time. Don't bother.
