July 2016 -4stars- Disputing false charge ...I have to give the bank and Juliana Gonzalez kudos. They did a great job and took care of everything. Thank you. Undoubtedly one of the worst in the gainesville fl area. It's a very busy bank (Archer road branch) and under staffed. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to make a deposit. Next, days later, I go to the Newberry road location and wait for one hour to open a business account only to be told that the folks who had just walked in would be seen next. I will be opening a new account with another bank and closing all my personal accounts with Wells Fargo. Goodbye wells Fargo.
I only bank with the archer location and it suck. I was lied to bout fee to sign up and the tellers was unprofessional. They was to busy trying to get a guy number while with customers
