I usually only review when I can leave 5 stars, unless the experience was bad enough to warrant a need for improvement. It took 2 hours to complete a process that should have taken less than 30 min. Horrible treatment towards my 86 year old aunt. She asked for their most senior associate. The woman didn't listen, didn't help her and didn't answer her questions. She was treated so disrespectfullly. How can you be so rude to our seniors?! I just don't understand that? I told her that unfortunately, she'll have to leave the neighborhood to get good service.

Wells Fargo in general is THE WORST BANK ON THE PLANET. They have now pulled out of the Net-Zero Banking Alliance, they promised to commit to curbing greenhouse gas emissions and now have decided that's not important?
