Horrible treatment towards my 86 year old aunt. She asked for their most senior associate. The woman didn't listen, didn't help her and didn't answer her questions. She was treated so disrespectfullly. How can you be so rude to our seniors?! I just don't understand that? I told her that unfortunately, she'll have to leave the neighborhood to get good service.

Wells Fargo in general is THE WORST BANK ON THE PLANET. They have now pulled out of the Net-Zero Banking Alliance, they promised to commit to curbing greenhouse gas emissions and now have decided that's not important? This bank is absolutely terrible. Alia Holland the bank manager made my 83 year old father wait 3 hours for Service because he was over 15 minutes late for appointment. He told them he wanted me there to help with his account they said no. He wanted a print out of proof of account Alia Holland stated no. My dad has banked with Wells Fargo since 1963. They just lost a customer today. Thanks to bank manager Alia Waynette Holland and banker Camya Hear.
