I came in for a replacement card and sat in the waiting area. A couple that came in a few minutes after me was greeted and helped right away. After 15 minutes of waiting I was greeted and asked what I needed. I told the advisor and he said he would help me in just a minute and proceeded to help the couple. 20 minutes went by and I'm still waiting.
