This branch is well run. The employees are nice and easy to work with.
A woman answered my call with regard to a couple of questions on renewing an expired debit card and online banking. She was pretty cold and seemed not really wanting to be bothered. Her understanding for online banking was rather poor, unclear and unhelpful. She quickly transferred me to customer services for further inquiry. And I have been on hold for over 15 mins still only music playing...
