A woman answered my call with regard to a couple of questions on renewing an expired debit card and online banking. She was pretty cold and seemed not really wanting to be bothered. Her understanding for online banking was rather poor, unclear and unhelpful. She quickly transferred me to customer services for further inquiry. And I have been on hold for over 15 mins still only music playing...
I had a great experience! Workers were super nice, I highly recommend this branch.
Absolutely horrible service by the branch manager. He was condescending and rude. I will never go to this branch and will be closing our account. Why they gave us a hard time to deposit a cashiers check is beyond me. Teach your staff about customer service or hire someone who can.
