May 19th, I called this branch after having a rather unpleasant experience at the Wells Fargo on Mockingbird Ln. I spoke with Ms. Erika and she was the MOST helpful, and above all else, she was kind and compassionate. She apologized for the awful experience I just had at the other branch and assured me that I could walk in and did not have to make an appointment. I told her I was 5 mins away. I will never recommend or use Wells Fargo again I understand why you guys will go belly up . Please help me understand how can a teller through the drive thru hand you back a debit catd that has been used not broken or damaged and hand back your card broke and say it’s not there issue . Such a fantastic bank. They really do try and help in any way they can. The banker Rosie helped me resolve an issue of my own causing. Did a mobile deposit not realizing they would put a long hold, because it's the same check I deposit every 2 weeks. Anyways she went above and beyond and called me to let me know she was able to have my issue resolved. I was a customer for for a very long time, left for a year, and came back. Thank you Rosie for all your help today!!!
