Navarro and the loop is the better location
I had a charge on my account that I did not make and spoke to Rosie. She was so friendly and attentive. I did receive a credit after two claims. Rosie went above and beyond to help me. She cares about customers! The world needs a lot more sweet and kind people like ROSIE!

May 19th, I called this branch after having a rather unpleasant experience at the Wells Fargo on Mockingbird Ln. I spoke with Ms. Erika and she was the MOST helpful, and above all else, she was kind and compassionate. She apologized for the awful experience I just had at the other branch and assured me that I could walk in and did not have to make an appointment. I told her I was 5 mins away.
