I regularly get pitched a crap bank account that I don't want. This time I called them on it and they told me its because they have a ton of fraud. Not confidence inspiring.

Not going to lie. .but these people are beyond retarded! Went in with a SIMPLE questions and left feeling even more confused then when I walked in. . .soo pathetic!
Wells Fargo sucks. The lines are always long and the employees are incompetent. Not to mention their ridiculous fees and predatory lending practices. Do yourself a favor and go to a credit union.
