I regularly get pitched a crap bank account that I don't want. This time I called them on it and they told me its because they have a ton of fraud. Not confidence inspiring.

Wells Fargo sucks. The lines are always long and the employees are incompetent. Not to mention their ridiculous fees and predatory lending practices. Do yourself a favor and go to a credit union.
