Worst bank ever! I went to cash a check, and they wanted to charge extra fees. I told them not to, left, and went to my own bank instead. Turns out Wells Fargo already put some kind of scan on the check and now claims they "can't remove it." Now, they're telling me to drive to another branch just to fix their mistake. Unbelievable!
Not a good bank for college students. Worest expensive ever. When I tried to apply for credit card, I was discouraged.
When I was opening a checking account here a while back, there was a banker rep named Thad/Tad. He was the most arrogant, condescending jerk I’ve ever had when dealing at a bank. He constantly spoke to me in a very condescending manner, would either not answer questions, or when he did answer, they’d always be with a scoff and an attitude.
