Let me explain the horrible experience I had with this branch. I provided them with some documents six months ago, and then four months later, I received a message stating that the documents were still needed. I submitted the documents online again and was told that the issue was resolved and that I could ignore the notification in the app. Yet, four weeks later, they restricted my account, which interfered with my automatic payments! I have no idea why this branch got so low rating on google map, but i have extremely fabulous experience with this branch. I got in there to get cash and met 2 ladies at the front desk, they're so friendly and funny, and they look gorgeous too. For more information, it's the right building but you will have to get inside and go up stair with escalator, then turn left and you will see the bank in the hallway
Still charge a fee to cash a check for not having an account even though the check was issued through Wells Fargo? Said it was to do with the company issuing blah blah. Enjoy my seven dollars wells Fargo because you obviously need it lol!
